Max Lurie serves as Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Lurie Estates, he began his work with real estate by investing in a single property which eventually was turned into the first property at Lurie Estates.

Out of the office, Max is a major player in the investment and cryptocurrency community as well as an angel investor for other small businesses and start-ups all around the U.S. Max is also a strong member of his local Jewish community at Texas A&M.

Witman Forkë

Chief Financial Officer

Witman Forkë serves as Chief Financial Officer at Lurie Estates, leading financial strategy and operations within the company. He is currently pursuing his Bachelor’s of Science in Financial Planning at Texas A&M University, with plans to graduate in 2028.

Outside of the office, Wit is actively involved as a member of the Texas A&M Triathlon Team, as well as the University Honors Program. With a strong background in accounting and political finance, he brings strategy and financial expertise to his role at Lurie Estates.

Carlos Valles

Chief Operating Officer

Carlos Valles is the Chief Organizational Officer at Lurie Estates, leading organizational duties and Real Estate assessment within the company. He is currently pursuing his Bachelor’s of Science in Economics at Texas A&M University, with plans to graduate in 2028.

Outside of the office, Carlos is actively involved as a member of the Texas A&M Economics Society and Mexican Student Association. With a strong background in Real Estate and Property Management, he brings unequivocal Real Estate knowledge to Lurie Estates.

Jo Bailey

Director of Administrative Operations

Jo Bailey serves as the Director of Administrative Operations at Lurie Estates, overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficiency in administrative processes. She is currently pursuing her undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University, with plans to graduate in 2028 while completing prerequisites for nursing school.

On campus, Jo is actively involved as a Blossoms member, engaging in community initiatives and leadership development. With a strong background in customer service, event coordination, and healthcare administration, she brings a well-rounded skill set to her role at Lurie Estates.

Sr. Property Manager

Zack Hobbs is a Senior Property Manager for Lurie Estates managing the Bryan-College Station property, and is a Chemical Engineering major at The University of Texas A&M. His creative perspectives find ways to make the customer experience at Lurie Estates exceptional. In his free time, Zack enjoys water polo and plays for the Texas A&M team.

Patricio Romero serves as a Senior Property Manager at Lurie Estates, where he oversees the daily operations, maintenance, and financial performance of multiple residential and commercial properties. He is responsible for developing and implementing strategic management plans, ensuring high tenant satisfaction, and optimizing property value. With a focus on operational efficiency and client relations, he plays a key role in enhancing the overall success and profitability of Lurie Estates' real estate portfolio.

In addition to his role as Senior Property Manager at Lurie Estates, Patricio Romero is a dedicated student at the Texas A&M Engineering program. Actively engaged in campus life, he is a member of multiple student organizations, including the Men’s Water Polo Team and Engineers Without Borders. Through his involvement, he hones his leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, applying his engineering knowledge to real-world challenges. Balancing academics, athletics, and community-driven initiatives, he exemplifies a commitment to both professional growth and personal development.
